Course Copy Form

Use this form to submit your Blackboard course copy requests to the LTID team. You can enter up to three requests per form. When making fewer than three requests, leave additional request fields blank and scroll down to submit the form.

Requests take three to five business days to process. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.
