About LTID

At the end of the day, it’s about your course and your students. It’s not about the latest gadget, being cool or exposing your students to different tools. It’s about selecting the best tool for the job. You would not use a rock to open a can of food if you have a can opener handy.

The Learning Technologies and Instructional Design Services (LTID) team at Stevenson University provides support for engaging instructional strategies, learning and productivity software applications and course design for online and web-enhanced courses. Our team members are not only versed in the latest technology but teaching and learning. All have experience teaching at the college level and regularly participate in professional development to maintain credentials.

Consultation services are available for:

  • Course design reviews including online, hybrid and web-enhanced traditional courses
  • Selecting the best learning technology that best aligns with your teaching, skills level and OIT services at the time of the application
  • Selecting the best office productivity technology that aligns with your administrative need, skill level and OIT services at the time of the application
  • Selecting the best instructional teaching strategies that support your web-enhanced, hybrid and online course
